Our company's history started in 1933 with Wilhelm Schmidthals producing x-ray-cassettes. Since then our firm has been working as a producer and wholesale-dealer in the field of x-ray accessories for medical radiology. In addition to x-ray accessories made of metal, articles made of paper for identifying and archivating x-ray-films have also been also produced.
Beneath our engagement concerning medical device technology we were also suppliers for customers of the following branches: material inspection (industrial radiology) and LifeSciences (e.g. x-ray-cassettes for autoradiography; chemical pocket calculator "chemcode®").
Currently there are several projects in order to increase our product line and get involved in further markets (e.g. projects concerning the use of x-rays in material inspection). Besides our long-standing commitment to radiology new technologies and other branches are increasingly considered for future activities.
